The second coat penetrates, bonds with the first and starts the sufrace finish.  The third coat provides a hard surface finish that is  scratch-, water-, alcohol- and heat-resistant.  And easy to maintain.

Treat your Table

Woodoc 20 Gloss Indoor Wood Sealer is a high-gloss grain filling sealer with a polyurethane base that produces an extremely tough surface that will not chip off.  It's ideal for diningroom- or coffee tables which are often subjected to hot serving platters, coffee mugs or wet glasses.

• Clean the surface thoroughly with steel wool and mineral turpentine if the table had only been oiled previously. If the surface was varnished previously, it must be sanded down or it could be necessary to use paint remover - don't forget to neutralise the paint remover according to instructions on the label before you apply a Woodoc sealer.
• Apply Woodoc 20 following the instructions on the label. Remember, it's important to get an even wet surface that stays wet for at least 10 minutes to ensure a proper first coat.

Fashionable Floors

Woodoc 25 Satin Floor Sealer was used in this hall and sitting room. Not only has it brought the wood back to life, but it will also take the knocks and wear associated with these high traffic areas.

• It is essential to remove any polish/oil from the surface. Scrub with steel wool and mineral turpentine or use a wax stripper.
• If the floors were varnished previously, it must be sanded down to bare wood.
• Make sure that the wood is bare, clean, smooth and dry before applying Woodoc 25.
• Dust can be removed with a cloth, dampened with mineral turpentine.
  
• Apply three liberal coats of Woodoc 25 (Satin/Matt), allowing each coat to dry to a hard dry stage before the next coat is applied. Sand lightly between coats with fine Woodoc SteelWool.

Treat your furniture

Woodoc 10 was used for the lovely old dresser and chair (below). The beauty of Woodoc 10, besides the way it nourishes and preserves the wood, is that the finish can be controlled from a matt to a semi-gloss/velvet to a high gloss finish. Just follow the instructions on the label.
